 Mr. Robert Campbell and members of the staff of Campbell & Associates, Inc. have been recognized by the nation's courts as engineering, geological and valuation experts. Campbell & Associates have provided engineering services for a wide spectrum of legal actions. A few of these cases are described briefly below: 

• Provided expert witness testimony in the California court system relative to the impact of Proposition 13 on the oil and gas industry. 
• The Firm was been retained by the U.S. Department of Justice for numerous projects pertaining to Fair Market Value in condemnation proceedings for undeveloped acreage in the Mississippi Sound, as well as, equity determination and value of the temporary loss of the right to drill undeveloped Federal Acreage in SE New Mexico. 
• Prepared a study of lost reservoir performance arising from failure to prudently development a project located in the coastal waters of California. This litigation had potential damages of approximately $1.5 billion. 
• Prepared a study and related testimony on the value of undeveloped leases in and around (1) the WIPP site (nuclear waste dump) and (2) Carlsbad Caverns (Lechuguilla Cave area) for the BLM and Dept. of Justice.
• The firm has provided expert witness services to major oil companies relating to petroleum engineering matters, production operations and well bore construction on numerous pollution cases. 
• The firm has provided expert witness services for numerous proceedings involving drainage issues and associated economic damages in the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma 
• Provided expert witness services pertaining to reservoir geometry, performance and value for a major oil company involving an existing tertiary CO2 project in Southern Oklahoma. 
• Provided services relative to gas measurement, artificial lift and economic issues for a major gas purchaser. 
• Provided reservoir and economic analysis for a dispute involving gas contracts and the value thereof.
• Have been involved with numerous cases requiring identification of sources and well bore construction issues associated with salt water purging to the surface.
• Provided engineering services on behalf of a client to the OCC relating to fair contracts from a gas pipeline that was the sole provider in the area.  The results of this case established case law in Oklahoma regarding fair gas contract terms. 
• Provided Fair Market Analysis involving litigation associated with the deep Arbuckle gas discoveries in the Wilburton Area of Eastern Oklahoma. 
• Provided services associated with frac hits, cause and effect and determination of damages.
• Have performed a large number of estate appraisals for both working interest and fee minerals. 
• Have given scores of presentations to state oil and gas regulatory bodies.
